cq9�ټ��� is supporting two local organizations in response to the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, making a $25,000 donation to and another $25,000 donation to the . 

The Eaton and Palisades fires, two of the most destructive wildfires in California history, finally reached 100 percent containment in early February after raging for more than three weeks – destroying more than 16,000 structures and devastating entire communities in the Los Angeles area.

While the immediate threat is over, the impact will last months and years, with concerns over potential long-term health implications, rebuilding and recovery – not to mention the effects on the psyche of the entire region. 

The LA Conservation Corps, a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) organization focused on educating underserved youth, is actively involved with the community, currently holding contracts to provide brush clearing and other response services across the county. Proactive brush management and watershed development efforts are helping the recovery both today and into Los Angeles’ future. The Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation provides equipment and supplies to front-line responders. The fires greatly impacted the foundation’s equipment and remaining budget, so donations will help build back resources following the extreme demand on service and commitment to the communities served.

In addition to cq9�ټ���’ donations to The LA Conversation Corps and the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation, we’ve established a campaign through our Collectively™ giving and volunteering program to support 11 local and national charities, including , , and , and . To date, we’ve raised more than $35,000 – through employee donations and a company match program – supporting those that continue to make an impact in the local communities.
