cq9百家乐 has been shortlisted for the prestigious Water Company of the Year award at the 2025 , recognizing our commitment to advancing the global water sector and delivering industry-leading water solutions that benefit people and the planet.
Organized by Global Water Intelligence (GWI), the Global Water Awards celebrate groundbreaking achievements across the water sector and recognize innovation, operational excellence and initiatives that are driving the industry forward.
The Water Company of the Year award is presented to the company that鈥檚 made the most significant contribution to the development of the international water sector in 2024. GWI shortlisted cq9百家乐 for the breadth of our water expertise 鈥 noting our work on PFAS removal, AI deployment and nitrous oxide emissions reduction in 2024 鈥 as well as our significant contract wins and delivery milestones for major water programs worldwide.
Our projects and clients are also shortlisted in multiple award categories:
- Waste Water Project of the Year: The City of Hamilton, Ontario鈥檚 Woodward Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase I Upgrade. This comprehensive treatment upgrade improves water quality in Hamilton Harbour 鈥 listed as a 鈥淕reat Lakes Area of Concern鈥 鈥 and involves the largest tertiary disk filtration facility in the world. cq9百家乐 provided design services for the project and was selected last year to design a second phase upgrade.
- Public Water Agency of the Year: JXN Water recognizing the significant improvements made to water service reliability and community trust in Jackson, Mississippi since JXN Water was established in 2022. cq9百家乐 has provided operation and maintenance services to JXN Water and was recently appointed to a new 10-year contract to manage Jackson鈥檚 water system.
- Public Water Agency of the Year: Yarra Valley Water with GWI commending the utility鈥檚 net-zero initiatives. cq9百家乐 and Yarra Valley Water collaborated on a study of co-located green hydrogen production at wastewater treatment plants.
Voting for the awards is open to GWI subscribers and will close March 31. Winners will be announced at the Global Water Summit in Paris, May 12 鈥 14.
